- Brown ground beef in skillet. Meanwhile, add oil and saute bell pepper, onion and jalapeno until tender in large pot.
- Combine ground beef and remaining ingredients to pot. Stir well.
- Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and summer 60 minutes.
- Serve and garnish with cheese if desired.
